To me, design is about defining good boundaries, then recontextualizing the world around us with those boundaries.

   Designing a business card to be Paper and Memorable lead to symmetrical linkages to balance friction and stress, and other design choices. Manufacturing drawings for a shop of artists meant rethinking my drawing standards for clarity, prioritizing the communication of visual detail.

   When we define what we truly care about, and let go of our preconceptions of everything else, the answer might be an Alabaster Goldfish.
